Welcome to the SimplyPrint Trademark Usage Guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure proper and consistent use of our trademarks, including our name and logo. By following these rules, you help us protect our valuable brand assets.

1. Introduction

SimplyPrint (registered as "SimplyPrint" in the EU) provides 3D printing management software through our website, simplyprint.io. Our trademarks include the SimplyPrint name and logo.

2. Trademarks

• SimplyPrint (Name)
• SimplyPrint Logo: The logo features the text "SimplyPrint" in the Roboto font.

3. General Rules

• Always use the registered trademark symbol (®) when referring to the SimplyPrint name and logo.
• Do not modify, distort, or alter the SimplyPrint logo or name.
• Ensure that the SimplyPrint name is spelled correctly, capitalized as "SimplyPrint" with a capital S and P, and no space between Simply and Print.

4. Proper Usage

SimplyPrint Name

• Use the full name "SimplyPrint®" in all references.
• Example: "SimplyPrint® offers advanced 3D printing management solutions."

SimplyPrint Logo

• Use the logo as provided without any modifications.
• Maintain a clear space around the logo, free from other text and graphics.
• Example: Include the SimplyPrint® logo on promotional materials as provided by SimplyPrint.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Do not incorporate SimplyPrint trademarks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names.
• Do not use SimplyPrint trademarks in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by SimplyPrint, without written permission.
• Do not use the trademarks in any manner that could dilute, tarnish, or damage the reputation of SimplyPrint.

6. Logo Guidelines

• The SimplyPrint® logo must always be accompanied by the ® symbol.
• The logo should only be used in its original form and must not be altered in terms of color, proportion, or design.
• Example: Use the SimplyPrint® logo with the correct ® symbol on websites, presentations, and marketing materials.

7. Use in Commercial Products

• Third parties may include the SimplyPrint brand name on packaging, websites, and materials to indicate compatibility with SimplyPrint, provided they use phrases like “compatible with” or “can be used with” alongside the brand.
• The text “SimplyPrint is a registered trademark” must be placed alongside the brand, ideally in the page footer.
• When used online, hyperlink "SimplyPrint is a registered trademark" to simplyprint.io.
• The SimplyPrint brand cannot be more prominent than the third-party product or company name.

8. Use in Educational or Journalistic Content

• Usage of the brand is allowed for reporting or providing educational content about SimplyPrint.
• If possible, hyperlink the brand to simplyprint.io.

9. Unfair Use

“Unfair use” of the brand is defined as use which seeks to imply that the product or service in question has some kind of relationship to SimplyPrint. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using the brand name as part of a trading name, logo, or domain name.
• Using trading names that include the prefix “Simply” to imply association with SimplyPrint.
• Using logos similar to the SimplyPrint logo.

10. Legal Action

SimplyPrint reserves the right to take legal action to prevent unauthorized use of the brand.
